I have forgotten the password for the Customer Portal, how do I reset it?
You can reset your password via the “Forgot your password?” link on the Customer Portal login screen.
Once you are logged into the portal you can view your broadband and/or phone package and bills, edit payment details, see your usage, change router details and more. You can also refer your friends and neighbours to get money back as a credit on your account.
