How do I contact Giganet about my installation

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your installation, and you reside within one of the following ‘Giganet build locations’ you can contact our dedicated installations liaison team for assistance.

Giganet build locations:

Ferndown, Wimborne, Totton, Marchwood, Fawley, Tadley, Marlborough, Devizes, Eastleigh, Fordingbridge.

Our team is here to assist you with any queries or concerns regarding your installation. Whether you require clarification, are dissatisfied with the completed installation at your property, or need assistance with scheduling your installation date, we’re here to help.

To contact our installations liaison team in your area, you can call 0800 7022 999 for free during the hours of 8 AM – 8 PM, Monday – Friday or 9 AM – 5:30 PM on weekends (Excluding Bank Holidays). Alternatively, you can email customer-installs@giganet.uk with your full name, installation address and query.

If your installation was not carried out by Giganet and was completed by one of our installation partners including CityFibre – please contact our customer services team on 0330 333 3006.
