Can I change the account holder or add another contact on my account?

Unfortunately, as the account is registered in your name, this means you are liable for the contract. This means we are unable to change the account holder or transfer the contract to another person.

However, we can add additional contacts to your account. To do this contact us either via email at service@giganet.uk or via telephone on 0330 333 3006.
