How do I change my installation date?

We understand that due to unforeseen circumstances or other commitments, sometimes installation dates need to be changed.

If you need to, please call us on 0330 333 3006 to change your installation date. We require at least 48 hours prior to your appointment (not including weekends) in order to do this for you. After this, you may be liable for an abortive engineer charge. Please note that appointments are subject to availability and any changes could cause delays. We’ll work with you to find a date and time that works for everyone.
