Full fibre without the faff

In 2018 we’d had enough. We were fed up with the internet status quo. The quality of customer service made us long for something better.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a good enough ISP service, so we decided to create our own.

(And lo, Giganet was born.)

After launching the brand formally in 2020, in August 2022, we went on to acquire consumer favourite Cuckoo – twice voted the UK’s best broadband provider for customer service. Together we are working to disrupt the UK broadband market by prioritising service and customer experience.

Our aim is simple – to be the best and most trusted ISP in the UK.

And while we know you are probably not as turned on by fibre cables and speed rates as we are, we are here to give you reliable full fibre without the faff.
