We're experts in communications

12 years ago, we set up a rural ISP (Internet Service Provider) to support homes and businesses in the remotest of locations in Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire who suffered with the poorest connectivity.

We had a vision to become a major household name and in 2018 we launched our national internet brand, ‘Giganet’. Today, our reach extends over 7 million premises and our £250 million funding is enabling us to build our own network, grow our presence, and support vast swathes of the UK.

Our vision today? To be the best ISP in the UK.

And our mission? We are committed to building a better future by connecting the UK to reliable, future-proof full fibre, supported by expert and exemplary customer service, and clear and honest pricing.

This is a place that truly embraces team members as individuals. You don’t have to cover your tattoos, you can wear your hair how you want and your race and sexuality have no bearing on your success. Rewards come from hard work. And with that some hard play too!

Our office locations are selected so that employees benefit from oodles of natural light, and have access to plenty of green space. Our offices are designed to both inspire and comfort. We have evenings out, and our breakout areas are stuffed with fruit, treats, coffee and juices.
