What impact does the news about Fern Trading have on me as a customer?

Will my contract be changing as a result of the announcement?

No – the full fibre package you ordered, and use will not change unless you make a request to upgrade (or downgrade!).

 

Will you be sharing my data with any of the other companies?

We will continue to look after your data as promised, and if we ever change our privacy policy, we will let you know.

 

Will there be any change to who I make payments to?

There is no change, it remains the same with Giganet.
