We strive for equality at Giganet and the way to get there is via equity.

The telecoms industry has long been a male-dominated environment, but with a focus on closing the gender gap and a 145% increase in female staff in 2022, Giganet is leading the change. We asked some of our trailblazing female employees to share what equity means to them and what qualities they bring to Giganet.
