FAQs

Which router do you provide?

Depending on the information provided during the order process, customers will receive one of two routers.

Most customers will receive an Amazon eero Pro 6E router. More information on the eero Pro 6E router, including our start up guide and dedicated eero FAQs, can be found on our dedicated eero Pro 6E page.

However, if when placing your order, you confirm that you are considered a vulnerable customer and/or do not have a smartphone device with a cellular data connection, you will receive a Wi-Fi 6 router.

The reason for this being, a battery back-up can be provided with the Wi-Fi 6 router which acts as a failsafe for internet access in the event of a power outage. Similarly, a smartphone device with cellular data is essential in setting set up the eero Pro 6E router.

The Wi-Fi 6 router should offer great performance and coverage in average-sized homes.
