Invoicing questions

I have not received my invoice, where is it?
You should receive your invoices monthly, by email. If you haven’t received them,┬áplease get in touch and we’ll be very happy to help.

My invoice is incorrect, how do I let you know?
If the amount showing on your invoice is incorrect, we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. Please contact us by emailing service@giganet.uk and we’ll look into this for you.
