Invoicing questions

I have not received my invoice, where is it?
Please check your customer portal. All of your invoices are accessible on there. If your invoice is still not showing please get in touch and we’ll be very happy to help.

My invoice is incorrect, how do I let you know?
If the amount showing on your invoice is incorrect, we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. Please contact us by emailing service@giganet.uk and we’ll look into this for you.
