How do I check my network status?

At the top of the ‘Home’ tab on the eero app, you’re able to check the status of your network.

Overall network health is categorised into one of three statuses:

  1. Healthy – Everything on the network is online and running as expected
  2. Connecting – One or multiple eeros are in the process of connecting to your network
  3. Unhealthy – One or more eeros are offline

When a network and all associated eeros are ‘Offline’, it means the gateway eero connected to the ONT is unable to get online.

In this instance, please ensure the eero is correctly connected to the ONT and powered on. You should also check there are no other issues with the internet connectivity being delivered to the premises.
