FAQs

Do I need to have a landline?

The simple answer is no and the reason for this is that full fibre (or FTTP) uses a completely separate infrastructure to the traditional copper lines that FTTC (Fibre to the Cabinet) and phone lines run on. Full fibre is future-proofed for years to come and far superior to FTTC broadband services.

If you want to keep your traditional landline (where your phone plugs into the wall) you can. You will need to run this alongside our broadband service as this is not a product we offer. Alternatively, you can add a VoIP solution, which runs over the full fibre line, but this is not something we offer at this time.
