How do I cancel my broadband?

We really hope you love your broadband service with us and never want to cancel! If it’s something we’ve done (or not done), then please let us know so that we can do better next time by calling us on 0800 107 8888 or dropping us an e-mail at service@giganet.uk.

Are you in your cooling off period?
You have a 14 day cooling off period from the day after you placed your order with us.

Letting us know
If you want to cancel then please let us know by emailing service@giganet.uk. We will reply to you to acknowledge your request and give you any additional information about ceasing our service to you, including returning your equipment for reuse/ recycling as well as any early termination charge that may apply.

No exit fees
You’ll be pleased to know we have scrapped exit fees on all home broadband contracts. This means you are free to leave us with just 30 days notice. We’ve done this because we believe in offering the ultimate in flexibility for our customers and we know circumstances change.

We will request collection of the router and/or any other equipment we have provided to you (as we own this and will either reuse or recycle), but we’ll pay for the return postage. If you don’t allow us to return the equipment, or the equipment is not in a good re-usable condition, then we may charge you a fee.
