If you are moving to a new home that can facilitate a Giganet full fibre connection, you can absolutely keep your existing eero – just bring your eero Wi-Fi system with you and plug it into your ONT once the premises is connected to our network.
However, if you are moving home and away from Giganet, you will need to return your eero device/s to us.
Should you fail to return your eero you will be charged £150 per eero that’s not returned. This reflects the value of the device.
