Giganet’s Provisioning Coordinator, Sally Greer.

I can’t quite believe that it’s been over four months since I started working at Giganet; that time has just flown by! Before I started at Giganet, I was furloughed and then made redundant from my previous role. I then decided not to return to work so that I could care for a loved one, who sadly passed away at the end of last year.

After putting a few pieces back together, and some time to reflect, I decided that it was time to get back in the proverbial saddle at the beginning of this year!

I came across the advert for a Provisioning Coordinator at Giganet, and I thought to myself, I can do this! To say that I was nervous about getting back into the work environment is an understatement.

I needn’t have worried though, because from day one I was made to feel incredibly welcome by everyone at Giganet. The company’s work approach is so flexible, which has been so beneficial to my family and me.

Previously, I worked as a Project Coordinator for an IT Provider, and I have been able to transfer these skills into my current role as a Provisioning Coordinator.

In a nutshell, my role at Giganet is to manage the circuit installations for our business customers, liaise with our suppliers, manage queries, and provide our customers with timely updates. It’s both a rewarding and challenging role, and I have learned so much in the time that I have been here.

It was important to me to find a job within a company that cared about its staff, and I am so happy to say that I have found that in Giganet.

In the short time I have been here, I have already seen so many exciting new changes within the company, and I’m thrilled to be a part of that!
