After 3 years working in recruitment, one in sales and 2 as Sales team leader, I decided to take the risk and apply for a job at Giganet.
Unlike most people who would apply to a role via the job board, I decided to call in to speak to the Head of Sales to apply and find out more, I decided to call in as it’s harder to ignore someone who is calling in plus it’s easier to demonstrate my ability over the phone instead of looking at my experience on a piece of paper.
The interview process was very quick, I spent part of my interview pitching to them the recruitment solution I sold in my previous role. I even ended the interview asking if I had the role, which to my delight the answer was yes.
I have enjoyed my time since joining the Giganet team, although I have only been here for 5 months, I feel very much part of the team and as if I have been working here for a lot longer.
It’s great to be able to help people find the right solution for their business connectivity and their communications.
At Giganet customer service is key and my years of experience managing company accounts help with building relationships with our customers.
Giganet is a fantastic place to work, everyone gets along great, plus we have a really good benefits package, we recently had the company’s 18th birthday party (The company can now legally drink) where we went go-karting during the workday.
It’s social things like this along with spending 2 days handing out ice creams that make me very happy to come into work every morning.
I would highly recommend to anyone to come and join the team at Giganet
