Lock in your full fibre broadband price with 90-day advanced ordering

9th October 2020

Upgrading to full fibre FTTP has never been simpler. With our 90-day advanced ordering, you can pick your ideal full fibre home broadband package and set an install date up to 90 days in the future. That means if you’re still in contract with your current provider, you can plan your full fibre upgrade for when you’re out of your contract period and lock in our price ahead of time.

Make sure you’re never without Internet.

With our added ordering flexibility, you can pick a date that suits you.

If you’re currently on a copper FTTC connection, the new full fibre FTTP broadband will be on a brand new line to your home, capable of carrying astonishing speeds of up to 1Gb/s. That’s why we always recommend a few days overlap from your current FTTC broadband connection to your new ultrafast full fibre broadband.

Get complete peace of mind and continue to browse, download, stream and play without disruption during your switch over.

Get our price promise

At Giganet, we are completely transparent with our prices and have no hidden charges, so you know exactly how much you’re paying and what you’re getting in return.

Lock in your full fibre broadband price today and if our prices go up you won’t have to pay a penny more. Simply choose your package and installation date up to 90 days in advance.

What to do if you’re in contract

Many people we speak to are currently in contract for their broadband and we want to help. If you’re looking to upgrade to full fibre and your home has access to the FTTP network, then simply find out when your contract with your current provider ends.

If it’s within the 90-day period, visit our website and enter your postcode into our checker. You will then be able to see all our full fibre packages. Pick your package, choose the best installation date for you, and fill out rest of the details to place your order.

We recommend choosing an installation date at least a few days before your current broadband contract ends to help ensure a seamless and disruption-free switchover.

Once you get a confirmation email from us, please remember to cancel your contract with your existing provider. This typically requires you giving notice.
