Replacing old copper cables with fibre is expensive and time consuming and is underway now.

This means that we use different fibre infrastructure in different locations, which affects the price we can charge – check your home or business postcode to see the right price for you.

Most importantly we charge everybody in your location the same price, whether you are a new customer or have been with us for years.
